“Today I’m a Team Leader (Day Shift) in our Stamping Area in Witney with 12 people working directly to me. There’s such a variety of products passing through the section every day either in stainless steel, or in aluminium. Sometimes the stamping process involves a few simple steps whilst the geometry of others makes the manufacturing process a little more complex; though nothing we can’t handle. What amazes me every day is the numbers of blue chip customers we deal with. Whether its JLR, Audi, BMW, Nissan, Toyota or Ford Motor Company our goal remains to deliver product on-time and every time.”
